| Amy is a very light and comfortable style that is hand made with excellent cap construction that is specially designed for the medical hair loss patient. This is the shortest of the synthetic medical wigs. It has a finished hair length of approximately 3" inches. It is a very carefree short style that has a very natural scalp like appearance on the top.
The hair appears to be growing naturally from the scalp. There is a special non slip material in the cap of this wig to prevent shifting or sliding. Also there is a special security kit that includes a special material that can be sewn into the cap so that transparent tape can be used if additional security if preferred. There are 37 colors available on the synthetic color chart and is also available in the root colors. (darker at root and lighter toward the ends).
The natural appearance and wispy style is combined with comfortable soft base materials. Amy is an excellent choice for women who are undergoing chemotherapy treatments and would like to spend little time with styling and maintenance.
Shampooing with a mild shampoo and conditioner is all that is necessary. It is best to let the wig air dry overnight and only brush out once the wig is completely dry for the best results. If needed you may dry the wig with hair dryer on the cool setting. Never use the hot setting to dry the synthetic fiber. Heat will damage the fiber.
