This very popular solution is specially designed for the woman who would like the most natural appearance. A very thin skin like material and breathable base provide more comfort and fit than the traditional wig or prosthesis.
It is designed for women experiencing Alopecia Totalis and the best fit is achieved when there is complete loss of hair on the head. The suction like fit will give you confidence that the wig will not slip or shift. The ultra thin skin material can be trimmed to achieve an excellent fit.
This cranial prosthesis can be removed daily without being permanently attached. A small amount of transparent tape can be used at the ear tab area for added security and to achieve a more natural hair line. Some women prefer to add tape to other areas around the perimeter of the base, however it is not necessary since the wig remains very secure due to the cap construction and base materials.
*Due to the fragile construction necessary to achieve the most natural appearance, it is recommended that this prosthesis be replaced every three to four months depending on the type and length of wear each day. Once you experience the benefits of this exceptional hair enhancement you may prefer to have two units that can be cut in a similar style so they may be interchanged.
